Ceramic filled PTFE are made of a distinctive, mechanically stressed Ceramic filled PTFE compound with elastic behaviour and properties.

The ceramic filled PTFE has low heat conductivity and chemical inertia of the alloyed metal. It has outstanding tribological friction and wear characteristics compared to the glass filled PTFE, with reduced permeation producing less abrasive wear.
